The Economic Development Ambassador program was begun in 1999 to recognize those individuals that have assisted in the recruitment of industry or contributing to the overall business friendly environment that we all enjoy.  The previous ambassadors are:

Monroe’s Economic Development Circle of Champions

The Economic Development Circle of Champions program was implemented in 2008 to recognize individuals from outside of the City of Monroe who have been strong supporters and advocates for the City of Monroe’s Economic Development.  This award is very special recognition and is not given every year.
